This cookbook shares Boudy’s personal stories and traditional Black recipes rooted in her hometown of New Orleans. From Sweet Cream Farina to Smothered Chicken, Jambalaya, and Red Gravy, Chef Toya Boudy shares her original TV competition recipes and insights on the culture of food in the black community.
