Miss Universe 2023

The 71st MISS UNIVERSE® competition will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana on Saturday, January 14, 2023. The international event will be hosted at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Get ready for an unforgettable night, as the Miss Universe pageant, featuring almost 90 talented and beautiful women from around the globe, takes place right here in the Big Easy! These women will showcase their skills, intelligence, and poise through personal statements, in-depth interviews, and various categories — such as evening gowns and swimwear. The highlight of the event will be the crowning of the new Miss Universe, as the reigning queen Harnaaz Sandhu, who made history by bringing the title back to India for the first time in 21 years, passes on her crown to her successor.

Performing artists include Gospel great, Yolanda Adams, and local talents, Big Freedia, Tank and the Bangas, Amanda Shaw, and Big Sam’s Funky Nation.
