Think your fave pizza spot meets Subway; That’s what Blaze Pizza is. Made from scratch dough, a myriad of artisanal ingredients and toppings to choose from, all on an assembly line. Once you build your pizza, it goes into a blazing hot oven. In three minutes, your pizza’s up and you can enjoy.
BP’s new location came to town in the South Market district, right in The Paramount Luxury Apartment building, and held its grand opening on Thursday, April 16. And here’s the best part: They were giving out free pizzas. FREE. No matter how many toppings you wanted, the bigger than personal sized pizza was $free.99.

I was in pizza heaven, and the fact that I had been having cocktails at Chucks Sports Bar didn’t help. I was starving! So, I packed my pizza with spicy red sauce, feta and parmesan cheese, pepperoni, italian and alligator sausages, onions, olives, fresh basil, bacon, and probably more. Take a look at my BP journey:
