Let me tell y’all about these bomb-ass tacos I had from Paco’s Tacos!
Paco’s Tacos is an authentic Mexican taqueria located in Metairie, Mandeville, and Harvey, Louisiana. I hit up their Metairie location and was blown away. 🔥 Never have I ever had anything like their Rock Taco — a traditional Mexican hard taco filled with slow-cooked pit-style chuck roast, and cheese, and served with 4oz consomé. I won’t even try to explain what consomé is, but just know that it’s so bomb, you’ll literally want to drink it.

To wash it down, I ordered the Prickly Pear Margarita — a unique blend of tequila & Prickly Pear juice. The menu states that “there is nothing else like” the marg, and I can attest to that. It’s just… I’ve literally never tasted anything like it. If you do nothing else, getchu a Prickly Pear Marg! Highly recommended & highly addictive.
